ABOUT LICENSE:
This is a one-time required purchase if you are selling printed TRANSFERS of designs (such as DTF’s & etc).
This license allows you to sell past, current, & future Designs By DJ designs.
If you are selling PHYSICAL products, you DO NOT need a commercial license UNLESS:
— You sell wholesale. If you’re using Designs By DJ designs for wholesale products, you will need to contact us to purchase a separate license. This license does not cover wholesale.
— You plan to sell more than 100 prints, per each design.
This license does NOT INCLUDE:
1. Any digital downloads. You must purchase each file separately.
2. Use of using any designs in DIGITAL form. This is strictly prohibited. All files are intellectual property of Designs By DJ.
3. AGAIN, wholesale. Please reach out if you are needing to obtain a separate license.
4. Transfer of ownership. All rights reserved by the designer & you agree to the terms of use.
5. The sharing of files. Giving away, selling, or sharing files is prohibited, and you may lose rights to future designs. Sharing files also includes mockups not being watermarked. You will lose rights to any files if seen not being watermarked.
6. You to edit any digitals. Unless stated otherwise, all digitals are in finished form of use.
